Valley Green Residence – Mansourieh

NovaEnergia implemented a pioneering solar + storage solution for Valley Green Residence — a modern, multi-unit housing development. The project features 500 KWp of solar capacity combined with 2 MWh of lithium battery storage, enabling 24/7 energy coverage for common areas and apartment units alike.

Valley Green Residence – Solar + Storage EPC

Location: Mansourieh, Lebanon
Client Sector: Residential / Smart Communities

NovaEnergia designed and installed one of Lebanon’s first large-scale solar + storage systems tailored for residential living: a 500 KWp solar array integrated with 2 MWh of battery capacity, providing full energy independence to the Valley Green Residence complex in Mansourieh.

📍 The Challenge

This modern residential development faced an all-too-common problem: unreliable grid electricity, increasing fuel costs for generator backups, and growing demand for uninterrupted power. With 24/7 energy reliability as a top priority, they needed a smarter energy solution that delivered both cost savings and autonomy.

⚡ The Solution

NovaEnergia deployed a fully engineered EPC solution with:

  • 500 KWp of high-efficiency solar modules
  • 2 MWh of advanced lithium battery storage
  • Custom load balancing and smart charge-discharge management
  • Seamless switching between solar, battery, and grid

🌍 The Impact

The residence now enjoys uninterrupted clean power for all common services and backup support for private units.
Financially, the system saves residents over $120,000 per year, and is forecasted to deliver a full return on investment in under 3 years.
The project reduces carbon emissions by more than 600 tons annually.

🏆 Why It Matters

Valley Green is a model for the future of residential energy: clean, smart, and self-sufficient. It set a new standard for green buildings in Lebanon and continues to serve as a reference for EPC + storage integration.
